REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from HEC recognized university or equivalent professional qualification.
- Lowest 05 years of working experience in the relevant field.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- Robust design, communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with architectural design software.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects, including coordination with the design team, reviewing drafts and computer models, and suggesting design changes.
- Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching and analyzing associated technology, design requirements, governmental regulations, and market demand.
- Develop new standards, policies, and procedures for architectural design and engineering work as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency in consultation with the Departmental Head.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and the organization’s quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
- Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership.
